You are the CEO (so act like it!)
If you have a business then you are the CEO and it is time to start acting like it! There is an enormous difference between running your own business and letting it run you and yet, many photographers never figure that out. Maybe that is the reason why so many photographers quit after two years.

Sabrina has more than 11 years of experience running her own successful photography business and before that had a successful corporate career. She knows about business sustainability and what it takes to make it.

Some of What attendees will learn:
1. How to take control and start acting like a CEO.
2. Intentional decisions to make for long-term business success.
3. What they need to stop doing immediately (or else!)
4. Why treating your photography business like a side-hustle is actually hurting you.

Publication Planning: Working with your Planner and Vendor Team to Maximize Exposure for Your Work
While the primary purpose of our work is providing amazing services to our clients, the entire vendor team benefits from publication and media exposure. It not only adds credibility to our work, but can also lead to further referrals. In this session, I will give practical tips and tricks to plan for publication in the wedding world. We’ll focus on pre-wedding planning to ensure the proper shots are taken, day-of things to be aware of, and post-wedding planning/production to maximize exposure. Publication doesn’t always mean being featured in print or getting a real wedding feature - social media and round-up articles can also be very effective. If you collaborate as a team ahead-of-time to talk about key details, address the publication strategy, and even work together on social media strategies, you can maximize the exposure of your events and curate what is shown from those events to attract your ideal future clients.
